About us

I Sargassi was founded in 1975 upon the merger of two prestigious salons in Rome, in a period of great transition and change in the coiffeur world, thus offering a new interpretation of hairdressing, making it more modern, independent, and dynamic as women were back then.

The name rises from the union of the initials of the five founders: (I)talo, (S)ergio, (A)lfio, (R)osanna, (G)razia and the suffix-ASSI to testify the value of each member of the group.

Since 1975, the Group has considerably evolved, not only because of the numerous labelled salons located in strategic points in the city, but also for having created the Training Centre, a point of reference for forefront hairstylist training in fashion trends.
